22746232439_8bff6a5846_oThe University of Verona targets innovation and high quality of teaching and research. It is organized in 12 Departments and 13 Research Centers, with 22,000 students and 720 professors. It offers 62 bachelor programs, 34 master programs, 17 PhD programs.

The University of Verona cultivates strong links and collaborative relationships with the local community and the business environment. In the last years, the University of Verona has further strengthened its  internationalization strategies, both for research and teaching. Exchange agreements with more than 100 universities are active for both faculty and students alike.

The Department of Business Administration, with 52 professors and researchers, includes three research centers and offers 7 bachelor programs, 11 master programs, and one PhD program to approximately 5,000 students.

Il Sole 24 Ore, the most important business newspaper in Italy, ranked the University of Verona as the best Italian university in 2014 and 2015. This survey is based on both education and  research performance indicators. The University of Verona achieved  the maximum score of 99 out of 100 as for the indicators of research performance.

The Department of Business Administration is located in the heart of the city, in an historical building called Caserma Santa Marta built in 1865. Thanks to a very recent, careful restoration, the building combines the beautiful features of a historical Austrian barracks with modern, functional, comfortable classrooms, auditoria, and other amenities.
